Starting from humble beginnings in 1982, PKSAA’s (Port Klang Shipping Agencies Association) objective was to bring all ship agents in Port Klang under its banner and in the process create a strong association that ensures member interests are protected. A strong voice that carries influence in major decisions affecting the maritime transportation sector. In the year 2005, PKSAA changed its name to CRSA to further protect interests of a larger member base in various locations & is active to date.
